Fumaric acid is a widely used acidulant in the food and industrial sectors. Depending on its solubility and production process, it is available in several forms — mainly Fumaric Acid CWS (Cold-Water Soluble), Fumaric Acid HWS (Hot-Water Soluble), and Industrial Grade Fumaric Acid.
