Corn gluten feed is a by-product of the production of corn starch and corn syrup. It is a medium protein feed containing almost the same total digestible nutrient levels as barley. The protein in the feed is degraded faster in the rumen. The feed (CGF) is a by-product of the wet milling process. Wet corn gluten feed or dry corn gluten feed is a high quality feed material with a wide range of feeding applications in beef and dairy products. It contains a lot of energy, crude protein, easily digestible fiber and minerals. Corn gluten flour is a by-product of the manufacture of corn starch.

The feed is fiber and residual starch and protein. It is added into corn syrup and germ mash and is produced by granulation. The feed contains 0.5% non-nutritive, neutral and non-toxic chemical elements to ensure the smoothness of the surface of the feed granules. . Most of the dissolved substances are soluble proteins, as well as soluble sugar, phytic acid, trace elements, vitamins and ash, and the lactic acid produced remains in the Soak in water. The soaking water was concentrated by evaporation to prepare a corn syrup containing 50% dry matter. Part of the corn syrup is added to the fiber to make a gluten feed, and part is used as a medium for antibiotics. .

      After soaking, the expanded corn kernels contain about 45% water. After primary and secondary grinding, the germs are separated. After the wet germs are dehydrated and dried by drying, the oil is removed from the germ by using a screw press or normal ethane. Extracted, the extracted germ buds are used as feed, and the germ bud contains 18% or more of protein, as well as fat, various vitamins, various amino acids and trace elements, and the prepared feed is particularly palatable.
