FAQs

Q1: What is the difference between L-Threonine and DL-Threonine?

A1: They differ in configuration and bioavailability. L-Threonine is the naturally occurring optically active form. It can be directly absorbed and utilized by animals at 100%, making it the only effective form for feed and food addition. DL-Threonine is a racemic mixture with very low animal bioavailability. It is generally used only for chemical synthesis or specific research applications.

Q2: Can you provide samples?

A2: Yes. We offer free small samples (100g~500g sample packs) for your testing and evaluation, supporting COA verification or trial mixing. Simply contact our sales team and provide your shipping address and courier account, and we will arrange delivery.

Q3: What are the symptoms of threonine deficiency in poultry?

A3: The main signs of threonine deficiency in poultry include stunted growth and a marked drop in average daily gain; poor feather development (sparse, dull feathers or feather pecking); weakened immunity (impaired antibody synthesis and higher susceptibility to infections); poorer feed conversion ratio and reduced breast muscle deposition.
