  • Xanthan gum is a microbial exopolysaccharide produced by Xanthomnas campestris with carbohydrates as the main raw material (such as corn starch) by fermentation technique.
  • Xanthan gum has a unique rheology, good water solubility, stability to heat, acid and alkali, and good compatibility with various salts. As thickener, suspension agent, emulsifier and stabilizer, it can be widely used in more than 20 industries such as food, petroleum and medicine. It is currently the largest and most commonly used microbial polysaccharide in the world.
  • Sucralose is a high-intensity sweetener with the formula C12H19Cl3O8. High stability, light, heat and pH stable. Slightly soluble in water, methanol and ethanol, slightly soluble in ether. The pH value of a 10%aqueous solution is 5~8.
  • Sucralose is the only functional sweetener that uses sucrose as a raw material. The original brand name is Splenda, which can achieve about 600-fold sweetness (400-800-fold) of sucrose. sucralose has the characteristics of no energy, high sweetness, pure sweetness and high safety. It is also one of the most ideal sweeteners.
